The annual fee for Mother to Mother is $20. To join Mother to Mother, please complete the membership applicationand return with your dues ($20.00 per family) to the address shown on the form (or email the Microsoft Word version). Please make checks or money orders payable to “Mother-to-Mother”. Once your membership application is processed you will receive information about how to join the Mother to Mother Meetup group, which is used to communicate with MTM members.

Returning Mother to Mother members: if you are a current MTM member you may renew your membership by going to our Meetup Page and paying your $20 annual dues via PayPal. Additionally, we ask that you you resubmit the membership application form so that we can have current information about your family as well as your volunteer preferences.
